SM-710 Stencil cutting Machine

The application rage of P&W Technic'SM710 stencil cutting systems contains as follow

1. The fast design file conversion compatible with Gerber format design,
2. The fast setup and change over for loose foil and frame mounted material,
3. Good cutting, engraving and marking performances. All major components laser,motor system and control are designed, manufactured and supported by P&W Technic
4. Stencil material is stationary during processign and is not subject to vibration when positioned at high speeds and with high accretion.
5. The motion control system is specially "turned" for optimum motion stability and dynamic accuracy.
6. Moving beam system requires less floor space than x-y table based laser systems
7. The high throughput up to 4000apertures per hour.All above aperture throughput should based on pattern of 2804rectangular and oblong apertures with 643 inch(16.3m)total length.
   Actuary rate may be higher or lower depending on stencil design.
